DFCC wins Gold at National Convention on Quality and Productivity Awards

DFCC Leasing, part of DFCC Bank, was recently recognised with a Gold award for its Process Improvement Lean Six Sigma Project, at National Convention on Quality and Productivity Awards 2022, organised by the Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Quality and Productivity (SLAAQP).  
The prestigious event was held at the BMICH, Colombo, attracting over 2,000 participants from over 400 teams, representing over 70 companies. This award is a milestone achievement for DFCC Bank, as it marks the first time the bank has received an award for a Lean Six Sigma project, underscoring its commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in delivering high-quality services to its customers.  
Expressing pleasure at the achievement and recognising the team spirit displayed, DFCC Bank PLC SVP Retail Banking and SME Aasiri Iddamalgoda said, “We are honoured to receive this Gold award for our Lean Six Sigma Project, which reflects our unwavering commitment to innovation, efficiency and sustainability.
