Dushayanta Basnayake assumes duties as Sri Lanka Savings Bank Chairman

Dushayanta Basnayake assumed duties as the new chairman of Sri Lanka Savings Bank yesterday.

Basnayake holds a BSc. (Business Administration) Honors degree from the UK, Master of laws degree on international trade from UK and executive MBA from PIM Sri Lanka. 

He is a fellow member of charted institute of management accountants and a charted global management accountant. Basnayake is a fellow member of Charted Professional Managers of Sri- Lanka and a certified member of Sri Lanka institute of marketing. 
Basnayake served as a Managing Director of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation and presently he holds directorships and chairmanships in several companies.
