Expolanka Holdings yesterday announced the extension of the exit offer, due to the legal issues on the delisting.
A group of nine minority shareholders, holding approximately 0.012 percent of shares, has challenged the delisting of Expolanka Holdings. With regard to the application filed before the Court of Appeal, challenging the delisting of the entity, the court is scheduled to hold a further hearing on June 6, Expolanka said in a filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange yesterday.

Furthermore, it stated that by reason of the aforesaid and many requests received from foreign shareholders and representatives of the deceased shareholders requesting additional time, the company has taken the decision to extend the exit offer till 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2024.
The payments for the offer received from June 4, 2024 to June 10, 2024, shall be made on or before June 28, 2024.
The timelines as set out in the original exit offer too shall continue to remain, Expolanka Holdings said.
