Tourists were seen hiking through the Horton Plains Sanctuary toward the World’s End, a striking 880 metre drop-off offering panoramic views of the valley below. The 4km journey leads to this mesmerising vantage point, circling back to Baker’s Falls (2km) and then returning to the entrance (an additional 3.5km), making it a 9.5km round trip.
The ideal time to visit is between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m., prior to the mist enveloping the view. That is when the charming town, tea-plantation villages will be revealed.
Horton Plains stands as a must-see locale for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, promising an unforgettable outing.
