Home Lands commences piling work of Waterdale Residencies project

Home Lands Group of Companies, Sri Lanka’s leading real estate and property developer, has commenced the piling work of the latest ultra-luxury apartment project, Waterdale Residencies, bordering Colombo 7.
The traditional groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Home Lands Group Chairman Nalin Herath, Director Harshani Herath, Executive Director Amaya Herath, Director Operations and Administration Lanka Jayasinghe, project consultants and staff.


The groundbreaking ceremony was held on July 16, ahead of the schedule, to facilitate immediate commencement of project work. Home Lands Group has awarded the piling contract to D.P Jayasinghe Piling Co. (Pvt.) Ltd, whose expertise in the field of piling ensures optimal collaboration for the project. 


Valued at US $ 50 million, the project which falls into the category of super-luxury apartments, is slated for completion by December 2027, setting a new benchmark for modern living at the heart of Colombo. Home Lands Constructions, a CIDA CS2 graded construction company, has been assigned with the project construction. 
Waterdale Residencies is a 26-storey high-rise apartment project, which houses two exclusive amenities floors and a total of 202 apartment units, offering a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments, spacious penthouses and duplexes.
