Homelands Group of Companies is marking a remarkable 20-year journey with an exciting property show and investor forum scheduled for September 9, 2023, at Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo. 
As the first independent property developer in Sri Lanka to host such an event, this celebration demonstrates its steadfast dedication to advancing the industry and its innovative approach to real estate.


The story of Home Lands Group of Companies is one of resilience and vision. In 2003, when the company embarked on its journey, Home Lands Group saw an opportunity to make a difference amidst the challenges and uncertainties in the real estate industry at the time. This humble enterprise has since become a dominant and influential force within the industry.
