KPMG SL Academy to host virtual assembly on tax appeals

The KPMG Sri Lanka Academy has announced a virtual assembly on tax appeals and administration reviews, scheduled for Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. 

The webinar will cover the diverse procedures in tax dispute resolution, as defined by various tax statutes, such as Inland Revenue Act No. 10 of 2006, Inland Revenue Act No. 24 of 2017, Value Added Tax Act No. 14 of 2002 and Social Security Contribution Levy Act No. 25 of 2022, along with their respective amendments. 

This session will delve into the intriguing area of tax litigation in Sri Lanka, with the KPMG tax appellate team providing insights into many aspects crucial for resolving tax disputes with the relevant authorities.
