LB Finance holds Battle of Minds 2024

LB Finance celebrated the successful conclusion of its first-ever mega quiz competition, Battle of Minds 2024. 
The grand finale was held recently, at the prestigious Havelock City Clubhouse.
The event, exclusively designed for internal staff, showcased a dynamic display of knowledge and teamwork, solidifying LB Finance’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The grand finale, orchestrated by an independent Quiz Master, witnessed the culmination of weeks of intense competition among 12 teams in the Departmental Category and 20 teams in the Provincial Category. 
The participants engaged in the final showdown, with the first five rounds played on the Kahoot platform, infusing technology into the heart of the quiz experience. The subsequent Oral-based Rapid-fire Rounds added an element of spontaneity and quick thinking to the competition.

LB Finance announced that the event was a resounding success. The competition not only showcased the intellectual prowess of its internal staff but also highlighted the strong bonds of collaboration within the organisation.
