NDB on AICPA-CIMA’s Top Employers List 2023

National Development Bank PLC (NDB), Sri Lanka’s best bank for 2022, emerged within the Top 20 Employers List for 2023, compiled by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK, dedicated to recognise and celebrate corporates that employ the AICPA and CIMA members in Sri Lanka. 
NDB emerged the seventh in the ranking of top 20 employers – one notch up compared to 2022 and was the second among listed banks. 

The combined strength of the AICPA and CIMA is evident in its 689,000 strong students and member base and over 150,000 employer partners across the globe. The AICPA and CIMA share an astounding reputation for quality professionals who lead and transform organisations. This ranking highlights and showcases the Top Employers in Sri Lanka who not only recruit the AICPA and CIMA members and students but also support them with their studies and professional development.
