Reyaz Mihular appointed to SLT board

Sri Lanka Telecom PLC yesterday announced the appointment of Reyaz Mihular to its board as an independent non-executive director with effect from March 30, 2023.

Mihular is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and was the former Managing Partner for KPMG Sri Lanka & Maldives.

He was a former non-executive director of Ceylon Electricity Board and Lanka Transformers Limited and Independent Television Network.

He is also a past Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka.

Mihular currently serves as the Chairman of Bairaha Farms PLC, independent-non executive director of Nestle Lanka PLC, Melstacorp PLC, Agility Innovation Private Limited and as a Commissioner of the Colombo Port City Economic Commission.
