Seylan Tikiri with UCMAS to elevate children’s mathematical prowess

Seylan Tikiri, one of the leading minor savings brands in the country, recently entered a partnership with the Abacus-based learning methodology, Universal Concept Mental Arithmetic System (UCMAS) to enhance the mathematical skills of children.
Designed for children aged four to 13, the collaboration is Seylan Tikiri’s bid to help children learn mathematics better and easier by making the learning process enjoyable, where generally it has been a subject children consider boring or difficult to grasp. 

The official launch of the partnership, attended by parents and teachers from the surrounding schools, recently took place at the Seylan Bank head office. The event included a live demonstration of the skills of current UCMAS students, underscoring the need to fund and support educational initiatives geared towards easing the lives of struggling students. The event also served as a reminder of how fundamental it is for children to enjoy their education to get the best out 
of it.
