Sri Lanka Association of Airline Representatives holds 29th AGM

The 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sri Lanka Association of Airline Representatives (SLAAR) was held recently at The Kingsbury Hotel Colombo. 
The event was graced by SriLankan Airlines CEO Richard Nuttel and it was well attended by the dignitaries of Civil Aviation, Airport Aviation, other industry partners, regulatory authorities, SriLankan Airlines and all other member airlines representing both passenger and cargo airlines in Sri Lanka.   


The SLAAR was founded on June 22, 1993. Since then, it has earned itself a reputation for being a vibrant entity that safeguards the interests of the industry and its members representing online and offline, passenger/cargo – airline GSAs. 
The key objective of the association is to support the industry by working together with the industry stakeholders in solving many challenges relating to the industry in an efficient manner whilst continuing to support the country by ensuring that the foreign carriers continue to operate and increase frequency to Sri Lanka, bringing the much-needed tourists to the country.
