SriLankan kicks off ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Offer for Moscow

National carrier, SriLankan Airlines kicked off its special ‘Buy One Get One Free” offer by opening up the promotion to Russian holiday makers visiting the country for the summer vacation.

Alongside resuming flights to Moscow on 31 July after a hiatus of six years, SriLankan launched its promotional campaign by making the offer available to the capital city of Russia. It is the first airline to open the direct air passage between the two countries

Valid till 31 October 2021, the offer would enable the Russian leisure travellers to explore numerous attractions available in Sri Lanka after the country relaxed the travel regulations to the tourists, SriLankan Airlines said in a statement today.

It added that the discounted air tickets together with special incentives offered by the Sri Lankan industry partners would indeed influence Russian holidaymakers to choose the island nation as the best place to travel.

With the national carrier, The Hotels Association of Sri Lanka (THASL) and the Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators (SLAITO), together with the One Industry One Voice partners have also launched a series of special promotions for the summer to re-start the hard hit tourism sector.
