The halted condominium project, the Campbell Avenue project, is to be resurrected by Westbury Suites, spearheaded by Project Director Muhez Muzammil.
The project, which was under the supervision and leadership of the team lead by Muhez, was not willing to let its potential languish in obscurity.
Initially via meticulous planning and assessment, Muhez and his colleagues delved deep into the project’s history, which enabled them to unravel key areas for improvement. This was done through comprehensive market research and feasibility studies by Westbury Suites.

With a clear blueprint in hand, the Westbury team devised strategies not only to rebuild the structures but trust and confidence. They forged alliances with stakeholders, fostering open communication and transparency in every step of the way. Drawing on their expertise and ingenuity, Westbury Suites executed creative solutions to financial challenges, leveraging resources and capitalising on emerging trends in real estate.

Recognising the project’s potential to enrich lives and foster connections, Westbury Suites infused it with a sense of purpose and belonging. Collaborating with industry professionals and entrepreneurs, they curated vibrant spaces where residents could thrive, from rooftop gardens to communal spaces brimming with life.
