Several priests of the Christian community today handed over a letter to the IGP to arrest Senior DIG of the Central Province, Nilantha Jayawardena, for his serious failure to act on the security alert from foreign agencies of possible terror attacks on Easter Sunday, on which scores massacred and left maimed.
