Colombo Dockyard PLC (DCPLC), the leaders in ship-building industry in Sri Lanka and one of the most competitive shipyards in South Asia, launched a cable-laying and repair vessel to Prange Marine France today, staying on course with its ship-building activities, resilient and undeterred by the challenges faced.
