Fourth graduation ceremony held

The fourth graduation ceremony of the Nagananda International Institute of Buddhist Studies (NIIBS) was held recently under the chairmanship Education Minister Susil Premajayantha, at the institution's premises.

Ninety-seven (97) undergraduate students were awarded degrees at the graduation ceremony, organized on the initiative of Ven. Dr. Bodagama Chandima Nayaka Thera, the Vice Chancellor of the Nagananda International Institute of Buddhist Studies. There were 10 Doctors of Philosophy (PhD) graduates, 48 Master's graduates (MA), and 39 Bachelor’s (BA), including six foreign students.
