The sale of the first ticket of the 5,000th lottery draw of the ‘Mahajana Sampatha’ was presented to President Ranil Wickremesinghe this morning (24). The ‘Mahajana Sampatha’ lottery Draw took place at the Parliament premises, President Media Division (PMD) said.
