Protect natural resources

Farmers held a protest yesterday at the Mahakalugolla Temple in Monaragala, demanding the protection of natural resources. The protest was organized by the Center for Environmental Justice (CEJ) and was part of a broader regional initiative. The Asian Peoples' Movement on Debt and Development (APMDD) coordinated similar protests in seven other countries, highlighting the shared environmental concerns across the region.
