Placing numerous demands, the Women's Voice Organization engaged in a protest march opposite the Fort Railway Station recently. When the protesters attempted to reach the police headquarters, tensions culminated and heated verbal exchanges were witnessed between the policemen and the agitators. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana
