The office complex of the Amarapura Maha Nikaya Sangha Sabha was declared open by Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa in Wellawatte. Several dignitaries including the Maha Sangha, former speaker Karu Jayasuriya and former MP Ruwan Wijewardena attended the ceremony. Pix by Kithsiri De Mel
