Fast bowler Madushanka to miss Nidahas Trophy

Young fast bowler Shehan Madushanka will miss the Nidahas Trophy tri-nation series with a hamstring injury--Sri  Lanka Cricket said yesterday. Madushanka who made his international debut in Bangladesh had suffered a hamstring injury during the 2nd T20 match against Bangladesh.
 
The extent of his injury will only be ascertained following an MRI scan, which Madushanka is expected to undergo this Wednesday.
 
At this stage, his availability for the Hero Nidahas Trophy is in doubt.
