Dimuth Karunaratne ruled out from 1st Test

Sri Lanka skipper Dimuth Karunaratne will miss the opening Test between Sri Lanka and England starting on Thursdat at Galle  due to a finger injury. In his absence Dinesh Chandimal is likely to lead the side.

Karunaratne hit Sri Lanka's only hundred of the South African two-match series in the second innings at The Wanderers, hitting 103 off 128 balls with an injured finger. Sources said that Karunaratne has complained of a pain on Tuesday.
