Kaveesha shines in Richmond’s four wicket win

Colombo, Jan 22 (Daily Mirror) - Kaveesha Induwara shone with a match bag of ten wickets in Richmond’s outright win by four wickets against Maliyadeva in the Under 19 inter-school cricket encounter played at Kurunegala.

An unbeaten 89 by Omalka Hapuarachchi paved the way for Lyceum International School Wattala to record a comfortable seven wicket win over St. John’s Panadura at Panadura while a ton by Sonal Nethmina and a match bag of 13 wickets by Vishwa Peiris helped Maris Stella Thmibirigaskatuwa coast to an innings and 96 run win over Revatha MMV Balapitiya played at Thimbirigaskatuwa.
