Sampath Bank’s “Pahe Sishyathwa” seminar receives enthusiastic response

The third seminar of Sampath Bank’s “Pahe Sishyathwa” programme was held on 18th June at the Kakirawa Adharsha Prathamika Viduhala, Kakirawa. 
The much anticipated workshop was adorned with an overwhelming attendance of over 850 students due to sit for this year’s Grade 5 Scholarship Examination in August. 
Catering to this enthusiastic turn out, Sampath Bank further conducted yet another workshop for over 600 parents, held simultaneously.
Covering a large number of areas around the island, Sampath Bank’s “Pahe Sishyathwa” is completely free of charge and is open to all students. During the seminars, selected panels of expert tutors discuss two model exam papers with the students, explaining how to best decipher various questions and how to develop effective answers, as well as tips on time management and “short cut” methods questions.
Building on the significant success, overwhelming response and appreciation gained for the “Pahe Sishyathwa” programme during the past few years, Sampath Bank accountholders and their schools who prove to be the highest achievers at this year’s exam will be rewarded with substantial cash prizes amounting to lakhs of rupees. 
The upcoming workshops in the “Pahe Sishyathwa” seminar series will be held on the 16th of July in Hatton (Tamil Medium), 30th of July in Ampara and 6th August 
in Badulla.
