Asia Capital holds blood donation camp at WTC

Asia Capital PLC recently held a blood donation camp at the World Trade Centre, as part of its commitment towards being a responsible corporate citizen. 
The event, which was open to all, saw the participation of over 100 people representing 15 companies.

Held in partnership with the National Blood Transfusion Service of Sri Lanka over 75 pints of blood were collected.

Speaking about the initiative, Stefan Abeyesinhe, Group Chief Executive Officer, Asia Capital PLC said, “This blood donation drive is one of the many sustainability initiatives Asia Capital plans to roll out over the forthcoming months and we are overwhelmed at the success of this event. We humbly thank everyone who gave of their time and precious blood which could someday save the life of another human being.”
