Opposition MPs representing plantation sector stage protest in Parliament

Opposition MPs staged a protest in Parliament calling for the arrest of a superintendent of an estate in Matale who had demolished a house belonging to an estate worker.

MPs Vadivel Suresh, V. Radhakrishnan, Velu Kumar and Udaya Kumar staged the protest at the well of the House. SJB MPs Sumith Sanjaya Perera and Kings Nelson also joined the protest.
