Wimal questions “Top Secret Mission”

MP Wimal Weerawansa charged that the recent visits of top United States (US) delegations including the visit of the US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland were part of a greater scheme to intervene in matters of national security. Proper immigration protocols have not been followed during these visits, MP Weerawansa also charged.

He alleged that these visits are part of attempts by the US Central Intelligence Agency to intervene in matters of Sri Lanka's State Intelligence Service.
