Wijeya Newspapers has signed up Lanka Bell as its Internet partner / bandwidth provider for streaming all LIVE Webcast events of the group. The group which owns and runs digital properties such as DailyMirror.lk, FT.lk, Lankadeepa.lk, tamilmirror.lk, life.lk & hitad.lk are some of the top ranked leading websites in Sri Lanka.
With this tie up Wijeya Newspapers will use Lanka Bell internet connectivity to webcast live events via their websites.

Wijeya Newspapers – Digital Media streamed live action of the Inaugural Sri Lanka Premier League and will look to telecast other Sports, Entertainment and Corporate related activities via its web sites.
Broadband speed tests carried out by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) shows Lanka Bell as having the fastest fixed broadband speeds.
