Bangsa Jayah, Keith Bernard appointed Joint Managing directors of Sri Lanka Insurance

Keith Bernard is appointed as the Joint Managing Director of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation, alongside T M R Bangsa Jayah who is re-appointed as the Joint Managing Director of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation. 

Hemeka Amarasuriya remains in the top position as the Chairman while the rest of the board comprise of Professor Lal Gotabhaya Chandrasena , Priyanga Algama, Sanjaya Padmaperuma and Pradeep Liyanamana.

The newly appointed  Jt. Managing Director Keith D Bernard is a leading profile in the corporate circles and holds an MBA from the Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University of Aberdeen and Master of Economics from the University of Colombo. He received the 1996-97 Douglas Gourlay Award for the outstanding MBA student for demonstrating initiative, endeavor and creativity. He is also a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK (FCMA) and he is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) as well. In addition, he holds a Diploma in Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
