BOC commences new year with religious ceremony

With the patronage of Bank of Ceylon (BOC) Chairman President’s Counsel Ronald C. Perera and General Manager D.M. Gunasekara, BOC organised religious ceremonies to commence its operations in the new year.

The ceremony was held at the bank’s head office with the participation of the bank’ s board of directors, members of the corporate and executive management and customers and the well-wishers were also among the guests.

Addressing the gathering Perera stated that BOC will move towards a fully-fledged digital transformation that will add value to customer service and stressed on the importance of delivering a superior customer service at all customer touch points.
