NSB declares open newest branch in Pitakotte

National Savings Bank’s (NSB) new Pitakotte branch was ceremonially opened recently, marking the addition of branch number 241 to its islandwide network.
Policy Planning, Economic Affairs, Child, Youth and Cultural Affairs Deputy Minister Dr. Harsha De Silva attended the branch opening as the guest of honour and Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake was the chief guest of the opening ceremony held at the new branch location at E W Perera Mawatha, Pitakotte.
NSB Chairman Aswin De Silva, Director Suranga Naullage, General Manager/CEO Dhammika Perera, Senior Deputy General Manager Jagath Gamanayake and the corporate management of NSB, along with invited guests and members of the local community were present at this event.

Featuring the acceptance of inaugural deposits by the distinguished guests at the opening ceremony, first and second initial deposits of the NSB Pitakotte branch were handed over to the Finance Minister by Solis Group Director Sanjeewa Kumara and Public Trustee Tharangani Keenawinna Dissanayake, respectively.
