A Physically challenged person is being given the COVID-19 vaccine

A Physically challenged person is being given the COVID 19 vaccine in Raddolugama on February 19 2021. 
The President on Monday instructed health authorities to start vaccinating members of the general public in the country’s Western Province with the Oxford AstraZeneca. Health authorities said the remaining 250,000 Oxford.AstraZeneca Covishield vaccine vials will be released for the purpose.
