Bottle flung at Puttalam District SLPP MP at musical show

The Wanathawilluwa Police in the Puttalam District arrested a person who flung a bottle at parliamentarian Chinthaka Mayadunne, who got onto the stage of a musical show.  

The suspect is a resident of the Wanathawilluwa area and is believed to be a supporter of Samagi Jana Balawegaya.  

The musical show was conducted on Friday night. Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) MP Mayadunne had got onto the stage to sing a song as the invited guest.  
The bottle thrown at him had hit one of his footwear.
