Do not consume toffee that bursts in mouth

 National Dangerous Drug Control Authority (NDDCA) has pointed out that the toffee that bursts in the mouth, popularized among schoolchildren by racketeers would cause damage to the tissues in the mouth and the stomach.  
 Media spokesman for NDDCA and Education Information Officer Chamara Karunaratne said it has not yet been established whether the toffee imported to the country contains any intoxicant but the NDDCA is vigilant of effects    However, parents and the teachers are advised to prevent children from consuming this toffee.
