Indian Sate Minister of Fisheries arrives in SL to open Jaffna Cultural Centre

Indian Sate Minister of Fisheries L. Murugan arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday, primarily to open the Jaffna Cultural Centre, a donation by India.   

The foundation stone for it was laid in 2015 by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Indian Minister landed in Jaffna and was received by Fisheries Minister Douglas Devananda.   
Minister Devananda told Daily Mirror that he would hold talks with the visiting minister later. The Indian minister will come to Colombo later during his four day visit.
