No decision to suspend National Fuel Pass QR system: Kanchana

Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera said yesterday that no decision has been taken to suspend the National Fuel Pass QR system from April 10, 2023.   

He said the National Fuel Pass data will be analyzed to gradually increase the quotas that have been allocated.  
He tweeted that “Decisions on the system will be taken in consultation with the Finance Ministry and other stakeholders in the next few months”
