Police are investigating the series of tragic incidents involving a 42-year-old police constable, who is suspected of killing a fellow officer, a woman and her 17-year-old daughter in Inginiyagala over a suspected land dispute before turning the gun on himself.    Investigations revealed two police constables attached to the same police station in Karandugala in Monaragala.    Police said that the constable, identified as Thusitha Kumara, is believed to have first shot Police Constable Lahiru Udara at his wife’s residence in the Namal Oya area of Ampara.
