Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) candidate Sajith Premadasa who wound up his campaign for the presidential election said the deal between Anura Dissanayake and Ranil Wickremesinghe will end on september 21st.  

Mr. premadasa questioned Anura Dissanayake on the grade 5 scholarship examination paper leak.

He therefore pledged to implement similar housing projects like his father late President Ranasinghe Premadasa, a new poverty alleviation programme which is aimed at saving, consumption, production and investment. He pledged a fuel subsidy to farmers, fishermen, three-wheeler drivers and to school van operators.   

 Further, he pledged to do away with Parate execution for a certain period and thereby provide some space for small and media enterprises to stabilise their businesses.   

He also highlighted that the duty of the people is to use their vote to defeat the conspiracy of National Peoples Power (NPP), and independent candidate Ranil Wickremesinghe.” It is Wickremesinghe and Dissanayake who are engaged in a conspiracy while we in SJB have struck a deal with the people to create a better life style for them” he said.   
Premadasa ended his campaign in front of the Tower Hall Maradana.
