SJB says no teaming up with JJB demanding elections

• I never had any conversation with Anura Kumara Dissanayake and neither have we got into any agreement

As some news websites reported that Samagi Jana Balawegaya ( SJB) and Jathika Jana Balawegaya ( JJB) is to get on to one stage to protest against the possible postponement of local government polls, SJB General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara scoffed the reports.   

Some news websites reported that the two parties have decided to get onto a common platform to protest against the postponement of local polls. It was also reported that Madduma Bandara has had a phone conversation with JJB Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake and that it has been agreed that two parties will protest separately and will have a common rally.   “ I never had any conversation with Anura Kumara Dissanayake and neither have we got into any agreement,” Madduma Bandara told Daily Mirror.
