SJB to support government if political games are stopped : Sajith

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) will support the government if the latter stops all political games and work genuinely for the betterment of the nation, Leader of Opposition Sajith Premadasa said over the weekend,  

“Country is in a crisis situation. There is a continued dry spell, around 5000 school teachers have left the island. A large number of doctors have migrated. This country needs a national plan. New irrigation projects are needed to make maximum use of water which flows into the sea. 

SJB is ready to provide its expertise and support the government if it acts in a genuine manner,” Premadasa said in a special statement.
