SL, Cambodia exempt visa for diplomatic, official passport holders

• The agreement on exemption of visa requirements for holders of the  diplomatic and official passports between SL and Cambodia was signed on May 10, 2022

Sri Lanka and Cambodia has exempted visas for holders of diplomatic and official passports with effect from December 24, 2022, Embassy and Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka in Bangkok said.

It said in a statement that the agreement on exemption of visa requirements for holders of the diplomatic and official passports between Sri Lanka and Cambodia was signed on May 10, 2022.   The statement said that the agreement was signed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation at Phnom Penh by Ambassador and Permanent Representative, C.A. Chaminda I. Colonne of Sri Lanka and Koy Kuong the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia.    

• The exemption will be effective from December 24, 2022
