Set of MPs including SJBers to form a new group

A set of Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MPs together with MPs representing other parties have initiated a new move to bring members of Parliament of all parties in forming a joint group to ensure economic justice Daily Mirror reliably learned yesterday.   

These MPs have decided to call the group “Action for Economic Justice”.   

The SJB MPs who want to start up this group said even ruling party MPs are expected to join the group.   

The group include two SJB MPs from Ratnapura and from Gampaha District, few SLPers and few from the group led by a group of MPs who had defected to the opposition from SLFP.   The MPs are expected to make an announcement on the move next week where they will reveal all details regarding the group including their purpose would be. 
It was reported that this group is not one which is formulated officially by Parliament but an initiative by the MPs themselves. The group would go public next week.
