Two motocyclists die in Arali collision

• The injured was the pillion rider of one motorcycle

Two young men died on the spot and another was seriously injured in a head-on collision of two motorcycles at Arali in Vaddukoddai, Jaffna.  

The deceased, Maheswaran Mayuran (35) was from Vaddukoddai and Jayasundaram Sarojan (29) was from Arali. The injured was admitted to Jaffna Teaching Hospital.  

Police said, investigations had revealed that the riders had lost control of the motorcycles due to excessive speed.   
The deceased were the riders and the injured the pillion rider of one motorcycle.  
Manipay Police are conducting further investigations.
