Two schoolboys arrested for circulating doctored nude image of teacher

• The suspect schoolboys were Grade ten students

The face of a young lady teacher’s photo had been grafted  to a nude woman’s photo and released to social media by two 14-year-old schoolboys in a leading school in Matale, the police said.   

The trainee dancing teacher from Polgolla Mahaweli College  of Education had been attached to that school for a period of in-service  training. When she noticed the nude photo shared on social media  she had made a complaint to the Matale Police who conducted  investigations and arrested the two schoolboys on suspicion.   

Police said the suspect schoolboys were Grade ten students of the school.   

They were to be produced in court yesterday after obtaining probation reports from Matale Probation Office.
