Unite – President tells Election Commission

President Ranil Wickremesinghe who met members of the election commission yesterday informed them to unite and come to an agreement on the local government election.

President said the commission is free to work independently.

The President had also advised them to get the advice of the Attorney General and that the Attorney General’s Department was ready to assist the commission.
