Vajira to reveal how Ranil became President in another book

UNP Chairman and Member of Parliament Vajira Abeywardene yesterday announced that he will launch another book shortly which relates how the incumbent President Ranil Wickremesinghe became President of Sri Lanka after the ‘ Aragalaya’( mass protests) in 2022.  

This book follows “Press vs the Prez” and the memo of Former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa “The conspiracy to oust me” which were launched on Thursday.  

“ This latest book tells the inside story of how the incumbent President became the head of state in Sri Lanka with a solitary seat in Parliament. We have already written it and it will be launched soon,” Abeywardene said.
