Woman arrested for misleading parents

• The woman had demanded sums worth Rs 100,000 to 300,000 to admit children to schools

A 54 year old woman was arrested by the Gampaha police for playing out various persons by giving them false promises to get their children admitted to schools.   
The woman had demanded sums worth Rs 100,000 to 300,000 to admit children to schools. Some professionals such as engineers have been misled by the suspect according to police.   
She has been arrested after several persons had lodged complaints regarding her activities.
