Arden Institute concludes second graduation ceremony on high note

Arden Institute, Sri Lanka’s premier personal and professional development training institute, is the academic partner of American Hotel Lodging & Educational Institute (AHLEI) in Sri Lanka.  


 Arden in collaboration with AHLEI, successfully concluded their second course in Guest Service Gold & Trip Advisor Reputation Management Training for the hotel and hospitality industry.   


“Our   CGSP training has given a new impetus to the guest service standards of the hotel frontline, and proving to be a resourceful certification course among the frontline professional of the hotel industry in Sri Lanka.  It was encouraging to have our clients nominating more of their executives for the 2nd course, and to have had   some of the best hotels in the Island nominating their frontline professionals as well.   


“You will see some of the CGSPs wearing their lapel pin posted at the front of all the top branded hotels – as far as in Nuwara Eliya , Galle, Hikkaduwa, Bentota, Beruwela, Kalutara, Chilaw, and Colombo.   Gladvin Rego our Master Trainer of AHLEI travelled to Sri Lanka to conduct the same.  AHLEI maintains strict standards in tests and certification, ” Arden Institute Executive Director Nedra Wickremesinghe said.   


The recently graduated CGSPs were felicitated at   Arden Awards Evening, held at the Taj Hotel, Colombo.  The chief guest  at this event was the  Brazilian Ambassador, Elizabeth Sophie Balsa  who gave away the awards.
