Union Assurance launches CEO’s Club to recognize bancassurance assistants

Union Assurance (UA) launched a special programme themed CEO’s Club – ‘Welcome to the Pinnacle of Success’ recently, to recognize and appreciate the bancassurance assistants who have excelled in their performance during the year 2016. 
A special programme of this calibre was executed for the first time by the company with the collaborative support from the UA marketing and distribution and bancassurance divisions. 
The bancassurance assistants are the main driving force in offering insurance solutions to the customers. Their contribution to UA is impressive and remarkable. 
All the bancassurance assistants who have excelled in their performances by successfully satisfying the eligibility criteria were awarded the prestigious membership of the CEO’s Club. In order to be eligible, the bancassurance assistants should achieve 150 percent of their personal annual business objectives along with a pre-determined annual persistency value.
The membership will be valid for a period of one year based on the personal performance accomplished throughout the previous year. 
The CEO’s Club members will enjoy special privileges and benefits ranging from special travelling and phone allowances, opportunity to attend overseas conferences, special training sessions, felicitation lunch with CEO and priority at company functions. All members will receive a special certificate signed by the CEO and a special membership badge.
